Dear Acheson,

With reference to your letter 13799/33 of the

16th of October, we have now had a report from the Board

of Trade as to the suitability of the candidates whose

papers were sent for their perusal on the 19th of October,

and we are summoning the three candidates considered

suitable for an interview at this Office at 11 a.m. on

Tuesday, the 7th of November.

I regret to add that none

of those considered suitable is a retrenchee.
